“ おすすめにあった普通のまぜそば、しょうゆまぜそば、ホルモンの唐揚げを頼みました。普通のまぜそばはザ・まぜそばという感じでで、ラー油を入れて、酢を入れてで味変も楽しめる安定した美味しさでした。といって特徴があるかと言われると、う〜んという感じでもありますが美味しかったです。ホルモンの唐揚げは焼肉さんかな？というぐらい一つ一つが大きく、油もしっかりしていてとても美味しかったです。レモンもあいます。先にホルモンを頼んでビールを飲んで麺を待つと最高だなと思いました。他にもたくさんメニューがあったのでまた色々食べてみたいです。 ”

“ 台湾まぜそばを食べてくて来店。 事前精算現金のみで5000円札以上は店頭にて両替可能。カウンターは10席弱でテーブルは2卓。 愛知の台湾まぜそばや三重の台湾まぜそばを色々食べてきましたが、麺屋やまひでが一番クセがなく美味いです。特に麺屋やまひで鈴鹿店より四日市店は麺がモチモチしていて食べ応えがありました。一方で辛さは控えめで、もし辛いのが苦手な方ならここのはちょうど良いと思います。また機会があれば行きたいと思います。 ”
